Terms & Conditions

The rules that apply when you use this website, speak to a counsellor or enrol in a programme delivered with a partner institute.

This is a design replica. The text below is illustrative copy written to demonstrate how a policy page reads and behaves. It is not a legal document, it creates no obligations, and it must not be relied upon or reused as enforceable terms. For the real policies, go to the official iAdmit website.

Applies to: this website and its counselling services

Sections: 10

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in a programme through iAdmit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or our services.

We may revise these terms as programmes, partners and regulations change. The version in force is the one published on this page, and the date it was last revised appears at the top.

2. What iAdmit is, and is not

iAdmit is an education services organisation. We market programmes, counsel prospective learners, handle admissions administration and provide learner support for the duration of a programme.

We are not a university and we do not confer degrees, diplomas or certificates. Every academic qualification referenced on this website is awarded by the partner institute named against it, under its own regulations and its own academic authority. Admission decisions, curriculum, assessment, grading and certification rest solely with that institute.

3. Eligibility and admission

  1. You must be at least eighteen years old and legally capable of entering a contract.
  2. You are responsible for the accuracy of every detail and document you submit. Misrepresentation of qualifications or work experience is grounds for cancellation of admission without refund.
  3. Meeting the published eligibility criteria does not guarantee admission. The institute may apply additional selection criteria, including interviews and aptitude assessments.
  4. Where an application is rejected by the institute, the application fee is dealt with under the Refund Policy.

4. Fees and payment

  • All fees quoted on this website exclude GST unless stated otherwise, and are quoted in Indian rupees.
  • Fees are payable to the account nominated in your admission letter. Never transfer money to an individual, and never to an account communicated only over a call.
  • Instalment schedules, no-cost EMI arrangements and scholarship waivers are valid only when confirmed in writing on the admission letter.
  • Late payment may result in suspension of access to sessions and materials until the outstanding amount is cleared.
  • Fees may be revised for future cohorts. A revision never applies retrospectively to a learner already enrolled.

5. Learner conduct

Programmes run on cohort trust. Recording, downloading or redistributing live sessions, sharing login credentials, or reproducing course material outside the cohort is prohibited and may result in termination of enrolment without refund.

Plagiarism, contract cheating and impersonation in assessments are dealt with by the institute under its own academic-integrity rules, which can include failing a module or being removed from the programme.

6. Programme delivery and changes

Session timetables, faculty allocation, module sequence and campus immersion dates are indicative and may change. Where a change is material, we will inform you in writing and, where reasonably practicable, offer an alternative arrangement.

A cohort may be deferred or cancelled if minimum enrolment is not reached. In that case you may transfer to the next cohort or request a refund of fees paid, in line with the Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The website, its design, text and code, and all programme material supplied to you, are the property of iAdmit or of the relevant institute. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own study during the programme. Nothing on the website transfers ownership of any trademark, logo or copyrighted work.

8. No guarantee of outcome

Career services — résumé review, interview preparation, mentorship and access to a recruiter network — are support services. Neither iAdmit nor any partner institute guarantees employment, a promotion, a salary increase or any specific placement outcome. Statistics quoted about past cohorts describe those cohorts and are not a forecast for yours.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with a programme is limited to the fees you have actually paid to iAdmit for that programme. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of earnings or opportunity.

We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including regulatory changes affecting a partner institute, network outages or civil disruption.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai. Before commencing proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through the grievance process described in the Privacy Policy.
